WHAT YOU WILL DO

Summary:
Eonce Bean-to-bar chocolate workshop is a fantastic introduction to the art of making chocolate bars from cocoa beans. Julia & Jose will guide you through this magical transformation, every step of the way and will interweave the history of chocolate and tasting.

Not only will you be feasting on chocolate throughout the session but you will also leave laden with your very own handmade creation.

Eonce chocolate workshop is a very exciting sensory experience.

Workshop Structure:

• Learn about the origins of chocolate in Mayan and Aztecs civilizations.
• Learn about the cocoa origins we work with at Eonce chocolate
• Learn all the steps and process to make chocolate.
• Taste authentic bean to bar chocolate.
• Make your own unique chocolate bar
• Wrap your own chocolate bar

Take Home:

Participants will take home their own and unique chocolate bar plus two chocolate bars from our Eonce collection.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the experience. If you are late more than 15 minutes we will have to reschedule your experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY You can reschedule the date of your experience until 24 hours before the experience starts. In the event of a cancellation, no-show or notifying in less than 24h prior the event, your experience won’t be refundable and you can not re-schedule. We do not offer cash refunds but will be able to offer vouchers to the same value.
